I have a report that I have to modify from a database that is pulling data from a GAL. The field that I have to use to group the records, "Organization", is not set up with a relationship and I have to have them display in a specified order on the report. Is there a statement that I can write to designate the order that I want the groups to appear?
Thanks for any help that you all can provide.

Look for Grouping & Sorting

The grouping option that I saw in Access didn't give me the option to desigante which order I wanted the groups to appear. It was only Acending or Decending.

The groups that I have (for example) are:

Chief Executive Officer
Teleconferencing
Information Technology
Executive Secretaries

I need to have them appear on the report in that order.

I appreciate your input.

See topic "Change sorting and grouping levels" in the help file

I should have been doing more digging than posting. I've found the answer on the Office website.

Thanks for the kick in the pants, I needed it :)

Don't feel that like kicking.. Most of the answers are lying in the help file. Just to know what to search.
