Is there anyone out here who know if you can change the font size in the query design view of Access 2000?

I don't know...

You could try Tools / Options / Datasheet / Default font

Please post resolution in case others need to know.
Thanks!
Bob

That would change the font size in the datasheet view (where you view your results). I want to know if I change the font size in the design view not datasheet or SQL view. Thanks anyway.

I don't think there's any way to change the design view fonts. Are you having trouble reading it? There is a Magnifier accessibility tool in Windows that can temporarily enlarge whatever part of the screen your mouse is pointing at.
