Design of a room manager

Hi,

I'm new in Notes programming and I need some help.
I'm trying to build, first, a room manager. I mean a list of room with a button "Create", another button "Delete". I'd like to have the possibility to modify directly the name of the room.
I've done a view for the room list and a form for modify and create the room name.
How can I only use the view for creating, deleting and updating room data ?
I've created the actions "create room" and "delete room", but I don't know which language use to program it either how to program it.

Any help is welcome.
