Hi guys, I support a LAN with 50 workstations and four departments. I want to design Help desk database where we in support can log in the support calls and check what kind of support is offered. I have knowledge of access, but not in VB. can somebody dirrect me to any site or literature. Thanks alot in advance. josh

I am not directing you to access or vb stuff, but to some *free* helpdesk software. I evaluated it for my organization and it works great, but we have to many users to use the free version so we purchased the commercial stuff. If you only have 50 pc's or so, this should work good for you. It's a big download (38mb), but it might be something you want to look into. It's called TrackFree (made by helpstar).
