Design Centre or Content Explorer?

Hi,

I doubt that this is possible but I would like to use Content Explorer from LT98 on LT2002, instead of Design Center.

I simply want to be able to double click on a block to insert instead of click and drag.
Even after all this time I still double click!
Also, can Design Center be opened in a Windows window, so it can be left open in the background?
