I have to re-design a Lotus Notes(Domino) data entry screen. I would like to know, if Domino allows pop-up data entries boxes? Or some sort exploding view that hides the other data entry fields while you are entering data & when you move on to the next one a new box pops up.

I do not know exactly what your intention is, but one solution could be to use the Notes formula language "@Prompt" command to prompt for the data you are intending to collect. You can use this type of a formula in the post open event so the user has to go through the box(s) before being able to edit any other fields on the form.
