Desi Change on on PRI

Hello all.
Need to change a desi on a PRI loop can anyone advise.
Also I was ask to Identify Routes and how each call is handle like over flow. Know i know how to check the routes and also the rli but that is for outgoing calls. how do i check incoming calls and how they are handled. Still a rookie to nortel Thanks inadvance
