DES 3 Routine in RPG?

I have been scouring all available resources to locate a working routine for encrypting/decrypting data using the DES 3 standards. I have found all the federal docs, various university's dissertations and some sample c code but nothing definitive.

Hopefully someone will read this and be able to point me to the right source (no pun in intended).
