Hello,

I recently rebuild my server and changed the domain name from home.abeazleydesign.com to abeazleydesign.local. I used dcpromo to kill the active directory and deleted all DNS and DHCP records. Now after rebuilding and everything is working correctly I am getting the following errors in my system event viewer:

Deregistration of the DNS record
('_kerberos._tcp.Default-First-Site-Name._sites.dc._msdcs.home.abeazleydesign.com. 600 IN SRV 0 100 88 cristi.home.abeazleydesign.com.'
'_kerberos._tcp.dc._msdcs.home.abeazleydesign.com. 600 IN SRV 0 100 88 cristi.home.abeazleydesign.com.'
'_ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.home.abeazleydesign.com. 600 IN SRV 0 100 389 cristi.home.abeazleydesign.com.'
'_kerberos._tcp.home.abeazleydesign.com. 600 IN SRV 0 100 88 cristi.home.abeazleydesign.com.'
'_gc._tcp.home.abeazleydesign.com. 600 IN SRV 0 100 3268 cristi.home.abeazleydesign.com.'
'_ldap._tcp.home.abeazleydesign.com. 600 IN SRV 0 100 389 cristi.home.abeazleydesign.com.')
failed with the following error:
DNS operation refused.

What is this? Is there a way to manually deregister those things? I cant find them in the DNS manager .
thanks
Adam
