I have Small Community Networking (SCN) setup between two sites. I created a shortcode at the site that is remote to some huntgroup extensions, like this: 1xxx, 1xxx, Dial Extn, 10 (the line number for the SCN).
It gets to any 1xxx extension just fine when it is a User, but if it is a HuntGroup, it gives me this error in the SysMonitor:
4527132mS ERR: CMCall:
epth/Nest Limit Exceeded
One switch is 4.1(9) and the other one is 4.1(12). I found this thread: thread940-692066 and looked at the ext's that are on one huntgroup and none of them were set to forward or anything else.
I tried changed the short code from "Dial Extn" to "DialPhysicalExtnByNumber" and "DialPhysicalExtnByID" but then I'd get that it found the ext. remotely " but no SCAN licence."
If I tried "Dial" in the short code, it seemed it just crashed.
So how do I dial a huntgroup ext. in SCN?
