I have a situation where we would like a few phones to be able to pickup calls for a dept group along with a ring/delay ring.
I know I've setup this in the past where I've programmed a call coverage key of the department group pilot number and was able to pickup calls and have ring and delay ringing. For some reason the system allows me to program it but it doesn't lamp or do anything when pressed and a call is in the group ringing phones.
