Deposits not displayed in Reconciliation tab Sage 300 ERP

Hi all,

I am doing bank reconciliation in Sage ERP 300 2012. In the Summary tab you can see outstanding deposits, but when I open Reconciliation tab there is no any deposits displayed, I checked to see may be I could have entered in the wrong date but the date is correct I entered. I don't know what could be the problem! Could anyone please help! I can't continue in the next month till I finish this.

Are you looking at the correct period?

Yes it is the same period

You'll want to look in BKTRANH to locate the deposit records and decide what you need to do to the records to get them to cooperate. Sometimes you have to adjust the periods on the transactions, sometimes you have to fiddle with the clearing value fields, sometimes you have to change a status field. It's always a new adventure to address reconciliation issues like this.

Thank you DjangMan, I went in BKTRANH even in that database the deposits are not seen. I thought may be I need to update my Sage 300 erp 2012. I am looking for the latest update which is 4 I think.

An update is not going to change anything.
You can download updates from the Sage customer portal.
