Hi
I have created an Intranet Site connecting to a SQL Database using MS Visual Interdev.
If I run the site from /Localhost/ and connect to my local SQL Server the site works correctly, that is the Design Time Control of Interdev that I have included on the page work correctly allowing me to scroll through the SQL Table Records, etc.
If I copy the project using interdev to our intranet server, after changing the Dataconection sting I can connect to our Production SQL Server. The default view of the page shows the data in the SQL database, and the dropdown field corrcetly show the SQL table available options.
My problem is that the ASP buttons on the page do not work. Internet Explorer, display an error on page message in the status bar.
My local machine is running XP Professional and SQL 2000. The Intranet machine is Running NT, with the SErver Extensions installed and SQL 2000. Can someone point me in the right direction, my System Administrators are perplexed.
Thanks
David
