Deploying VB6 App + SQLXML

I have a VB6 client application that creates an XML file based on a recordset. This XML file is then written to my remote isp hosted sql server through SQLXMLBulkload component. I now want to deploy my application to numerous users. I use install shield express to do this. How do i deploy SQLXML with my build ?
