Deploying Office 2003: WriteRegistry2: Error 0x80070103

I've been trying to deploy Office 2003 via SMS for a while now and Have
finially been able to do it to a test XP machine. I'm also working with a
Win2K Pro machine and its not having any luck.

On the machine that is not working I get the log info below. SMS shows a
Status of running, though it thinks its been running for 3 hours now.

It almost like its hung in the Install Process.

Any Suggestions?
