Deploying Office 2003 UPDATES to workstations on Domain

Hi guys, recently we have been fighting spam on our exchange server, and one of the steps I am taking to combat this is to update Office2003 (more specifically Outlook2003 spam filters + Word security fixes).

What is the easiest way to deploy these patches? I don't think it can work with Group Policy? Is my only option to download the patches and place on network drive and go around to each workstation? Also is there an "Automatic Update" for Office 2003 updates?

I was told that WSUS does not support Office 2003 updates only OS related. Not true?

WSUS supports Office 2003 onwards and a few other MS products, SQL, Exchange, Windows and more.
