Hello and thanks in advance for your attention to my question.

I have written a HelloWorld.egl program into my IBM Rational Software Development Platform V6.0.1 and am able to test it fine using the "EGL debug program" function which launches some kind of java applet/unit that runs my little HelloWorld program ok. (just a terminal window displaying HelloWorld when I press F3..)

Now I'd like to generate the corresponding cobol file into my installed CICS Transaction Server for Windows environment (that comes with my version of websphere) and execute it.
All this from the Websphere IDE that is. I believe it's possible.

I don't want to use the WAS executing environment and the JCA/ECI way just a direct run into my locally installed CICS Transaction Server for windows.
I've read pages of material on related subject but no pertinent information has helped me about this. Maybe it's an obvious part. I don't know.

I have a good background in java but a lighter one in mainframe technology so please be understanding with me about not being a CICS guru but unfortunately I need this resolved this way precisely.
Thank you for your help. WebSphereDigger.
