Deploying Crystal Report with Web application

Thanks in advance for your help.
What I got from reading about deployment is the following:
I have two options to deploy:
1. Depoying using the Merge Modules
2. Deploying using the interactive Install(redistributable,or server install)

What about if I want to deploy an asp.net web application that has crystal report developed in Crystal Report 9.0 then I added those report into the Web application .
What Best module to choose from ?
