we exported the application proxy to a client on the same network as our server, and the com object behaved as expected. we used an external ip to identify the server, however, when we tried to have the same client dial-in from an outside line, using the same ip. we get an error that says the com object could not be created. does anyone have any ideas on this subject? the event viewer has not logged any errors. thanks, dnewman
