deploying citrix server on two servers to load balance

hi ..

I am administrating citrix server and now i find the load on the citrix server is high...since i cant spend extra money for a new server i thought of deploying the existing server on two servers the one that is running and the one that i have extra..so can some one help me out how to manage this deployment to load balnce the citrix server by deploying it on to two servers...

i am in very urgent need for this ...can some one reply me soon....

There are a ton of books that cover the subject well. There is also a lot of info on this at the Citrix web site. We use a book titled "Inside Citrix Metaframe XP", it has a lot of good tips as well as detailed info.

Which version of Citrix are you running? If it is XP, you don't have worry about additional licensing and the process is fairly simple.
