Deploying Application with Cristal Reports

I have one application with Cristal reports, developed with VB.NET (final relation). I have made Delpoying project (Setup). All is OK, but I have problem when try to print Report. I have exception "Cannot find KeycodeV2.DLL, or invalid keycode". I have red documentation "Distributing Cristal Runtyme Files to a Client Computer", add the files: Managed.msn , database_Access.msn and regwiz.msm to my .msi project. When have I instaled application to the client computer these files are in application directory, but problem is staying.
