One of our developers has a BOE-XI (R2) .Net SDK web-application that runs fine on their development station and their 32-bit servers.

They are now trying to deploy the web-application to a 64-bit Citrix Server for external access, but the Crystal 11.5 Print Control (prtctl115.exe) will not install on a 64-bit server.

Anyone seen this before - or know if BOBJ has a 64-bit version of the Crystal 11.5 Print Control...?

Thanks in advance!

This is the official word from BOBJ support, kind of what I was expecting...

There is no 64-bit support for Business Objects XI release 2.

Windows support is limited strictly to the 32-bit versions of Windows operating on either 32 or 64-bit (x86) AMD/Intel chipsets.

This also applies to using our .NET SDK's. They are only supported on 32-bit versions of Windows.

Hmmm...That's good to know. Did they happen to indicate when they might have 64-bit support?
