Deployed CA not showing in Association List

I have created a new caller app - saved - deployed successfully. However, the new caller app is not appearing in my ANALYSIS or my ASSOCIATIONS LIST. Any clues?
 
When you deployed it was it from the MAS? I mean were you really on the MAS and logged in as the service account ?

Or were you using RDP to access the MAS ?
