Depends on the Login to the system the footer should get hidden

I have a report that I like the footer be hidden depends on their Login if is mangers Login they should see it, if not it should hidden, is there any way to do this.

This should be a snap using a formula in the "Supress" option of the page footer section of the report.
 
Do you mean the user Windows login ID? You can create your own UFL (user function library) to return that information or purchase a 3rd-part UFL. There's at least one UFL that provides that function listed in the "Other Tools" section at:
