i have an 8500 with 8700 need to send the messages from a department mail box to the department members would also be nice to have a light....thanks

Build a msilbox and call Department XYZ and set up s distribution list and the mailboxes to the list.

Another option is to build a mailbox and set message forwarding then set message retention on the box to 1 day so that messages are deleted.
