Using group policy, I have created two group policy objects, both map all the printers the office users need and specify the default printer depending on which department thay work within. I apply either group policy object to the department OU depending on which default printer they need.

What i need to achive, is once the printers have been mapped and the default printer is set, to stop the users from being able to change their default printer. The business dont want me to restrict users from using other printers, just stop them from changing the default printer i assigned as part of the logon.

You thoughts would be great.
