Hi All,

We need to deny a telephone set to transfer calls to another set without preventing it from calling that set or transferring calls to other sets.

In another way:
1.Set A can call set B.
2.Set A can not transfer calls to set B
3.Set A can transfer calls to set C.

If we use XLST or Multitenant to meet condition 2, condition 1 will not be met.

If we remove the transfer key from set A to meet condition 2, condition 3 will not be met.

Any idea?

Thanks.

wait that won't work. Replace with real supervisor or HR.

What do you mean by "Replace with real supervisor or HR"?

smarta$$ way of saying the user will have to follow the protocol. I do not think technology can meet your requirements

Thank you bigindian65.

I already told the customer that it can not be done.
I just wanted to share some knowledge with experts and it seems the inquiry can not be met.
