Deny traffic from IP adress

Hi

To be brief: We have a backup server which takes care of our mail if our Exchange server goes down. However this backup server is at our ISP and sends tons of spam to our server.

Where and how do I block this server to connect to our's?

I have followed this guide:
I guess its the last settings that need to be configured in my case. But hey! Thats a question for the forum to be asked :p
