We are having problem calling out Tanberg video conferencing over the Internet through PIX 515 ver 6.3(3). We have static one to one NAT outside to inside. When we initiate the connection to the remote Tandberg video, i got connected for around 10 sec and the remote site can see us but we could not see the remote video then it was dicconnected . However, when remote Tandberg video initiate the call to us, we can see them and they can see us with no problem at all.

Here is the only denys I can see in the syslog are:
106012: Deny IP from x.x.x.x to y.y.y.y, IP options: "0x14"

Is there anyone having the same issue and with any solution?

Best regards,
naingtan

I am having the same problem and its dealing with apparently RSVP and how the PIX 515E handles this the ip option 0x14 cannot be changed on the Pix due to the code, so the issue needs to be resolved at the Netmeeting client side, the message below is what cisco support told me.

After the research on the problem, i found that PIX will not pass traffic that has the options bit set, and the inside host is setting the options bit, so that needs to be disabled.

So im going to do some research with Netmeeting 3.01 and see what can i do on the client side to disable this, let me know if you find any good news.
