Dentrix Intergration with IPO R11 Essental

Hello all,

I have a client that is looking to upgrade their current PBX to an IPO however is looking for it to integrate with the IPO with Screen Pops of patient Info on incoming calls and whatever else the software typically does. They are being proposed a BroadView PBX that they say fully integrates. Is this possible with the IPO?

Best to engage this "Dentrix" and find out. You can look on the devconnect list and see if they are listed of course if they are they will work.

That sort of interaction will be via Tapi. They should be running in Third Party mode with requires the CTI license. Single Party does not. But yeah, depends on their software and how they connect to phone systems. Ask them or Devconnect.
