Hi-
I have set permissions for an admin and various users on our database so that each one logs onto it when they open access. When I moved a copy of the database onto our server, no one (including me, the admin/owner) was able to log onto it, and worse, now all 5 of my backup databases (on my c drive) will not allow me to logon. Help!!

Have you moved the .mdw too ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

thanks for responding PHV,
no, I have not moved, or even found the system.mdw file. I just spent about 10 minutes looking for it and cant find it anywhere on the local drive or server. Does anyone know why access went from prompting me to enter username/pw when opened, to now immediately saying permission denied? I can rebuild the database from an earlier backup if I have to, but really want to understand why this happened to prevent it in the future. Thanks.
