Denied in Admin, IP Phone 2004 BCM 400

Hi,

I got "Denied in Admin" when dialing out to the external numbers with this ip phone 2004 with BCM 400.
Other two IP phones are OK.
IN BCM Unified Manager that doesn't have Line Pool PRI-A like other working IP phones. I tried to add that but didn't work.
Is there any place we can add? Thanks

In Unified Manager, I didn't find "line" or "line pool" setting. Pls tell me the menu or options. Thanks.
 
That's a real old version.

Try opening the extn tab
In there open line access
Open tabs until you see line pool
Right click and select add
Enter Pri-a.

 
Thanks I am a little stupid..
I am entering "POOL PRI-A" previously... I should try "PRI-A" Only.
