denied by WatchGuard HTTP proxy

anyone got any ideas about how to get around this problem. basically we use an sms website to send txts, you can connect to it fill in the detials and number but when you hit the send button it takes ages and then gives the below error message:


Response denied by WatchGuard HTTP proxy.
Reason: server response timeout

ive tried taking the timeout off with no sucess any ideas are appreciated

is it possible you can post up the log message

Would suspect its a header type being blocked by the Firewall, -- Would be easier if you try and send a few from a specific IP at an agreed time / date and look at logs for that period from that IP.

The add the blocked content type to the Allowed header list.
