Denied Access to Programming Mode

I am working with a Panasonic VB-44030. When I try to access programming from extension 101 I am denied. These are the steps I use. They have worked before on another system.

PROG

When i press the second # the console beeps me. Alot of people have messed with the system. What do I do?

are you logging in from port 1 or 2 ?

if the phone hasent got a recall button i think you can prog one

I found how to enter programming.
ON/OFF

NNNN (9999 for default)

Thanks for your help. But I have yet to find out how to copy an Ext programming to another Ext.
I have too many manuals to go thru. I usually work on Nortel. Thanks again for all and any help.

I should have mentioned that this is a DBS 576 HD.
