Event codes are found in the following manuals:
Maintenance for Avaya MultiVantage and DEFINITY Server R ( - page 8-125 to 8-137.
Avaya MultiVantage Call Vectoring and EAS Guide ( - pages 514-531.
I was once told by Avaya that if an event code in not published in the manuals, it is because that code is proprietary. Avaya Technical Support will be the ones to check with for the Event Code description.
