Denial event 2334-no channel resources

S8300/G700 live on 10.7.0.1 network.
IP phones work OK at this site.
G350 and other IP phones live on 10.107.1.1 network.
G350 link up and running, IP phones load fine, but I get the denial event (via "list trace station")when trying to call from G350 location to G700 location. Calls within the 10.107 network are fine calls within the 10.7 network are fine, but no calls go between.

I can ping everything anywhere between networks.

Make sure the network region the G700 and G350 can talk to each other in the ip-network-region page 2 are filled out properly.

Network region 2 10.107.1.2 10.107.1.254

On the ip-network-region screen, there shouldn't be any ip addresses, at the sat terminal, type "change ip-network-region
1" go to page two, you should see someting like this depending on the release of software you have:
change ip-network-region 1
