denial event 2306: Reject outbound OLC

I hope someone can help me with this

Avaya CM5.2.1 on site A
Avaya CM5.6.3 on site B
Avaya IPOffice R9 on site C

There´s an IP Trunk H323 between Site A and Site B
There´s an IP Trunk H323 between Site B and Site C

Users from Site A calling to Site C hear ringback and when the call is answered the call is disconnected "denial event 2306: Reject outbound OLC" on list trace appears.

Codec G.729A on IPOffice
Codec G.729 and g729A on both CM

Any suggestion?

Did it just start and was working fine before? I've seen weird things with H323 trunks that require removing and rebuilding them or a reset 4.

But if it never worked it be something to do with your sig/trunk groups in CM. Have you tried busying/releasing the trunk groups?

"Site B" is the Central Site and has about 50 remote sites on a multivendor platform.
Any user from any site can call to any other user from any other site with no problems at all.

The IPOffice on site "C" is brand new and can make calls to any remote site using the H323 trunk to site B
The only problem is calls between Site A and Site C disconnect when are answered.

Site A stations range 26xx
Site C stations range 29xx

This looks like an issue with the ip office tearing down the call due to it not liking the number format or signalling information , what does the monitor trace from the ipo side show.

I suspect it is something to do with your network regions as you look to be using intervening regions.
