Anybody know what this event means and if there is a fix on the switch or is this something external like from the network?

give us more info on this.

Have a customer complaining of call drop outs and seems to be the only customer from his building complaining. His VoIP phone shows in-service and I monitored his call all day.
I did a list trace station xxxx for his number and show good call activity. Might see a little jitter every now and then, but not enough to cause drop out. I noticed he
is calling some voice conference bridge and see when he enters digits for the access code, and the call progresses for an extensive time without show signs of drop out.
However, once in a while I will see this denial event described in the title of this thread. I checked with the network engineer and he checked the data port of the switch
and checked the trunks and checked for CPU spikes, but everything checks normal, zero errors. Are we missing anything else, or is this possible an off-net or conference
bridge related. That's what it appears to me.

Denial for path replacement for data preindication call or data privacy call.

My guess is it's the conference bridge call aspect of it.

I agree with Wanebo, something to do with the bridge
