Denial Event 2121

Hey guys,

I have a customer with CM 6.3.11.

I'll try explain my problem.
When the agents try to login on avaya hardphone the CM receive the denial event 2121: Oth agt using this logid, but the agent status is unstaffed on the list agent command. Nobody is using this login ID.
To resolve this issue I removed and add the agent login again.

Any ideias that what I can do?
