Hi all-
I just switched carriers for my PRI and I'm having a strange problem:
I've got toll free numbers coming in and the DNIS matches a VDN that goes to a vector with some choices. Some of the choices route calls out to a offsite telephone number. Worked fine until we changed carriers. Nothing in the trunk group or vector changed. But now when I choose an option to route back out, the call will not go through. I traced the TAC and got denial event 1218 which talks about invalid IE contents. Never heard of this one. Is there something in the trunk group I should change?
