DENIAL 1097

Hi All

I have an S8720 Avaya media Server. Some days ago I received notification related with problems to make external calls.

I made a List trace Station xxxx and I received the 1097 Denial Event. I found out this about the Denial Event:

denial event 1097: MFC No Answer timeout

All was working fine until last WEEK, this is an intermittent issue, so some calls go out in the firs attempt and other calls need more patience.

I don't know if something is wrong with my trunk lines (DIOD trunk), or if is my carrier.

Is your trunk-group E1-CAS?
Any changes made to trunk, signaling group or DS-1 boards?
Do a "list measurement DS1 log board xxxxx" to see if your experiencing any circuit issues.
