Demotion

We have 2 Win2k Domain Controllers, one of which we'll call ServerA. ServerA is being replaced by a new server (ServerB). ServerA is just holds data (user storage) My plan to cutover is as follows:
- move all data from ServerA to the ServerB
- demote ServerA from a DC to a member server
- rename ServerA to ServerC
- rename ServerB to ServerA
- run dcpromo and promote ServerC to a DC again

Any issues with the above plan?

You should be Good to Go if nothing else is running on this server that needs to be migrated (DHCP, etc...)
