Delta Server Not connecting to IPO 3.2

I can't get delta server (5.0.25) to connect to IP406 Version 3.2.17. Any thoughts?

Did you check in the services to make sure the delta server service is started?

Yup, it was started. I even tried to restart it. No luck.

did you have any issues during the procedure installing the DElta server? Errors?

What exactly are you seeing, or what is happening when you try to start it?

When I do the initial Comms it tries to search and then returns to the comms page again without listing my IPO.

Can you ping the IPO from the delta server PC?
