Does Delta Server works (or can work) as Windows NT/2000 service?

Delta Server as a service is part of the CCC version 5 bundle.

It was pulled from IP Office 2.1 and is now part of the IP Office 3.0 bundle due March next year.

I've installed and run it - it seem fine but I was only using it for SMDR on a lightly loaded system.

The stand-alone SMDR can be run as a service with the use of FireDaemon.

I would suggest you first load Delta Server, configure to your liking, then configure for automatic service load via the above mentioned utility.

Whilst we are on the subject of DeltaServer and SMDR, does anyone have any documentation on the new(ish) options on DeltaServer 4.0.35?

SMDR Com port enabled, etc....

My call logger, can only accept data via Com port, or by manually importing the file; if this would redirect to a 'virtual' com port, then this would be ideal!

No documentation required, it works exactly as it appears to. I've used it with no probs.
