Delta Server - 100% of CPU capacity

G'day all

I running Delta server ver 4.0.16 and noticed a large amount of time Delta run at 100% of CPU is this normal.

I tried this two machine as got the same problem..

I have it now running on a 2000 Server (SP4) had it also on a NT 4 (SP6a) same results!

Is there anything I can do???

Try the 4.0(20) patch this was release for apps like CCV and Wallboard seeing calls in queue when there wasnt any also it seemed to fix the issue you mention in a 2K SP4 server enviroment.

Where can I download just the Patch? I tried the ccc 4.0 and it only had 4.0.16 can I just get 4.0.20 and if so where. The AVAYA site is not very easy to navigate
