Delphi XE Crash

I recently uninstalled Visual Studio from my computer (don't know if it is relevant).

I am running Delphi XE on Windows 10 Pro x64.

When I click on Delphi XE icon, the program tries to start, briefly displays splash screen and then pops up dialog box "Error" and message "Item not found". I click the OK button I get the second identical message and the program aborts. No other information.

I have tried everything I can think of to include uninstall/re-install Delphi XE and it hasn't helped. The second attempt at uninstall/re-install I went thru and deleted all the Embarcadero folders in AppData and Public folders.

Any suggestions?
