Delphi progs not shutting down!

I have this problem with two of my programs now and it has only happened since upgrading to Windows XP about four weeks ago. When I run my program it works exactly how its supposed to, when you close the program however, it refuses to terminate completly. The main screen disappears but it remains in the windows taskbar along the bottom of the screen. When compiling through Delphi, Delphi informs me that the program is still running when in actual fact it should be long closed! Any ideas?????

Solved it! Third party components that didnt work correctly under windows XP. Turbopower Async4 RasDialer was the guilty party.
