I'm using Delphi 7 and Crystal Reports VCL for Crystal 9.2. I have several reports made in Crystal designer and now, I need to make a setup which will include Crystal reports. I used rptchk32 as a diagnostic tool to find out what Crystal components (msdtcprx.dll, sqloledb.dll and crpe32.dll) I must include in setup but, I still can't run Crystal reports on target machine. Could anyone help with some constructive idea, please?

What are you using for your installation tool? Did you purchase the Developer Edition of Crystal? If so the runtime files that are required are documented in a help file.

You can also try:

Their installation program allows you to configure the setup package with different run-time packages. Someone has posted notes on how to install Crystal reports which you could look at. They don't install it the standard way but you can use it simply for a list of files that you're missing.
