Delphi 6 Personal trial missing action manager?

I just downloaded the Delphi 6 personal trial and started going through the tutorial. It said that there should be a ActionManager on the Additional tab of the component pallette, but I don't see one (on that tab or any other tab).

I've tried making all the objects in the form active to see if it would suddenly appear when the right thing was in focus, but no luck. Any suggestions or is it just not part of the Personal version?

Maybe it is not included, the personal version contains 85 vcl components, compared to 225 profesional version and 300 in the enterprise version S. van Els
