We are on CM 8.1.3 on Dell R640 Avaya servers (VMWareEXSi 6.5) and have a failed drive (600GB, SAS 12 GB, 10K) in slot 2.
We are not currently under an Avaya support agreement and want to know if we can source and replace this drive or does it have a customized configuration?
